Co-Extruded Film
The Propafilm™ range of coextruded products offers products with excellent optical properties, superior packaging machine performance and optimum product protection.

Multi-Purpose Film
Biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) film
co-extruded on both sides with polyolefinic
polymers.
• Heat-sealable on both sides
• Excellent water vapour barrier
• Anti-static protected
• Treated one side for printing and laminating
• Puncture and impact-resistance properties are
maintained even at low temperatures
• Unaffected by variations in climatic conditions
Applications
RGP is a multi-purpose film suitable for packaging a
wide range of products either in single web form, or
in laminate combinations with itself or other
substrates
RGP15 is particularly suited for use in laminate
structures to provide a lightweight, high barrier
structure for the vertical form-fill-and-seal
packaging of snack foods, for example.
RGP20 is also used in laminates, or as a single web
for lightweight packages.
RGP25 and RGP30 are suitable for both
overwrapping and form-fill-and-seal applications
RGP35 and RGP40 may be used singly as an
alternative to a laminate structure.
Acrylic Coated Film
Biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) film
coated on both sides with an aqueous acrylic
(chlorine free) dispersion.
• Heat-sealable on both sides, with excellent hot
tack
• Excellent barrier to water vapour, flavours and
aromas
• Low sealing threshold and broad sealing range
• Both sides of the film are receptive to inks,
adhesives and tear-tapes

Propafilm™ RC Applications
RC20 is suitable for use in single web applications or
laminations to itself in both plain and printed forms
on high-speed overwrapping and form-fill-seal
machinery.
RC25/30 are suitable for use as a direct product
overwrap or carton overwrap in the biscuit, bakery
and confectionery industries, where aroma barrier
and optimum product presentation are required.
RC35/40 are suitable for transwrap bag applications
in the confectionery industry where good hot-tack
properties are required.
RC52/60 are suitable for heavy duty applications
where the films' excellent hot-tack and seal
threshold can give superior machine performance
over alternative structures.
PVdC Coated Films
The barrier properties of flexible packaging films are vitally important to ensure optimum product quality and maximised shelf life. Innovia Films offers a wide range of PVdC coated BOPP films which provide high barrier to both oxygen and water vapour.
These films are available in a range of thicknesses and are suitable for single web or laminate applications. They are appropriate for use in overwrap and form-fill seal applications in most packaging markets.

Applications
MTX22 is suitable for high speed overwrapping of

0S-20/25 are suitable for high speed overwrapping
applications where exceptional pack appearance and
wrap tightness are required. Particularly suitable for
the magnetic and optical media, confectionery and

co-extruded on both sides with polyolefinic
copolymers .
